Seattle, WA

We spent a few days in Seattle in between farms.  It’s such a walkable city and I love how it’s surrounded by water.  It feels like a more grown-up version of Portland.  I could live there if not for the rain and gloom.  We walked around Pike Place, downtown and the Sculpture Garden.  There are a lot of public spaces in Seattle so lots to explore.  We went to the EMP Museum which I think is now called the Museum of Pop Culture.  Later we went to see the Seattle Central Library which was  designed by Rem Koolhaus. Oh and what a nice surprise!  We had breakfast with our friend Debra whom we met during the Field to Vase dinner in Santa Cruz.  We are total fans of her!
