VIRGINIA-Shenandoah

As we left D.C. we did a few errands: Korean bathhouse, Korean market and new front tires.  Then we drove through the Shenandoah National Park through Skyline Drive.  This wasn’t the best season for this- we went through a lot of fog but at the end of the foggy path was an expanse of clouds.  In the photos it looks like a valley is covered with snow but it’s just really dense clouds.  The cloud cover moves like waves- you can see one part of the mountain and then within seconds it’s covered.  It reminded me of that Stephen King story called The Mist.
