CHICAGO

We stayed with G+V in Logan Square in Chicago.  It’s a cute newly gentrified neighborhood north of downtown.  There is a ton of stuff to see in Chicago.  We happened to be there during the Open House Chicago where you can go into buildings that aren’t usually open to the public. My favorite was the Fine Arts Building that has a lot of artist and musician studios. We also went into a violin and cello making studio. It’s pretty neat that it’s all handmade and very time consuming.  We also went to the south part of Chicago and walked around the University of Chicago and the Stony Island Arts Bank.
