What did we do in Omaha? We ate a lot of meat. We went searching for good jerky and didnt really find any- I think what we think of as good jerky is different than the Midwestern idea of good jerky. We also went to a steakhouse out in the countryside called Farmer Browns. My filet was OK but Moon’s prime rib was not that great. Then we went to a bar that makes fried chicken so that we could see the racoons that hang out outside the bar waiting for the chicken scraps. When the waitress went outside to throw the scraps, there was a feeding frenzy!  Aren’t raccoons kinda cute?
